REFUND POLICY

Khirzad does not refund for incorrect choice. Khirzad is bound by the Department of Fair Trading obligations for product exchange or Refund. Products that are either faulty or unopened may be exchanged or refunded for store credit, within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned with tags attached and in original packaging/box for refund, exchange and warranty repair requests.

TAX & DUTIES

Please note that additional taxes and duties may apply to parcels being shipped outside of Australia. We endeavor to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be incurred via customs in the receiving country.

SHIPPING

All orders placed with Khirzad are provided with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipping with either DHL or Australia Post, You will receive an email containing all relevant courier and tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hrs for tracking information to update.

Orders placed during a holiday period may incur a delivery delay due to the store closing time. orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on the next available business day.
